Publisher Description
Regimen is a comprehensive tool to achieve the back pain relief you have always wanted. Regimen begins with the creation of a personal account and then a diagnostic section where a classification algorithm determines which exercises and stretches are best for you. The algorithm also focuses on identifying users that have other issues disguised as back pain, as well as classifying the back pain itself. The exercises are then implemented and your progress is tracked as Regimen adapts until you achieve relief.
-Provides detailed images showing the exercise or stretch involved
-Reminders in place to help you stay on track
-Statistics section to see your own progress and activity
-Adaptive regimen of exercises and stretches
-Informative section on important preventative measures for back pain
-Informative section on precautions around common pain medicines
